C3 Smart is a user-friendly operating system that works with Android, Windows, and iOS devices. The Push-To-Talk application makes it easier than ever to connect with others via a broadband connection, WiFi, using carrier data and other methods. Connect with your family, your team, your friends, and make new connections with the easy to use Push-To-Talk feature, which can be downloaded on smartphones or as a desktop application. It’s far from being just a two-way radio connection- it allows users to communicate in groups from multiple platforms using the carrier that works the best for them.

Features

Always On Push-To-Talk Operation

GROUP CALLS

The innovative Group Calls feature allows any Push-To-Talk user the ability to connect to hundreds of users in a group with the press of a button. The C3 Smart group call utilizes high speed IP networks with superior audio quality to maintain the integrity of the call. The app allows users to make multiple group calls, in addition to seeing others users in the group on one or more screens.

INDIVIDUAL CALL

The individual call feature allows users to communicate with one another outside of the group. This is a secure, person to person call that is easy to set up and streamlined to make integrating back into the group chat simpler than ever.

EMERGENCY CALL

The emergency call feature is designed for users to have a safe and secure method of contacting emergency services when needed. Users can initiate the emergency call from the display screen or from a pre-programmed button on their device. The emergency alert will be activated, and other users in the group can be informed of the alarm. The user who triggered the emergency alert will have a voice channel opened that can be used in hands-free mode for the duration of the call. GPS can be enabled for quicker emergency resolution.

TEXT AND DATA EXCHANGE

The text and data exchange allows for the immediate exchange of messages between groups and individual users. When they receive a message, users will receive a notification. Messages are color coded and notifications appear as a tone and as an icon. Users will receive message notifications when they log into the network.

LONE WORKER PROTECTION

Lone worker protection offers an automatic emergency option called Man Down. This feature uses a device’s accelerometer to detect if the user has fallen. This feature can make individuals safer at home and in the workplace, whether they are working alone in a remote location or are in close contact with the rest of their team.

GPS LOCALIZATION

C3 Smart can be integrated with the GPS receiver in a smartphone or tablet. Location tracking information can be uploaded in real time to the network, and users can use this data to track themselves and their teammates. This allows for quick team location in an emergency and hastens a team’s response in case of an emergency situation.

GPS HISTORY TRACKER

The GPS history tracker can turn a mobile device into a cost-effective data collector. Location data can be used alongside the built-in communication abilities of the mobile device as well as other integrated features.

GPS ROUTE

Create a real-time map of user location with the GPS route feature. The C3 Smart map allows GPS data to be used to draw a route using users’ locations for a specified period of time.

TASK MANAGEMENT

The C3 Smart solution offers advanced inventory management capabilities, invoice organization, delivery tracking, and more. Our task manager allows users to automate or manually enter algorithms to provide status updates in real time, in addition to user management data and reporting metrics. The Task Management feature can be integrated into other C3 Smart services, web portals, and external databases. Available for Android, iOS, and Windows.

Command and Control Features

The Command and Control features can be organized as a desktop or a mobile application.

GROUP CALL

A Group Call allows a single user to reach hundreds of people in one group call with just the click of a button. The Push-To-Talk (PTT) function is supported by the C3 Smart solutions using high speed IP networks and other technological support. Multiple group calls are possible, and users can see other group members on one or more screens.

INDIVIDUAL CALL

The individual call feature allows users to communicate with one another outside of the group. This is a secure, person to person call that is easy to set up and streamlined to make integrating back into the group chat simpler than ever.

PRIORITY CALL

C3 Smart users can be assigned a priority level. This allows for high priority users, like dispatchers, to take control of a network to coordinate events. This feature allows for clear messaging and for important information to be relayed to a group.

EMERGENCY CALL RECEIVING

Emergency Call Receiving allows C3 Smart users the ability to call for help and remain in contact with emergency services during an emergency. Help can be dispatched from a Command and Control dispatch location. A dispatcher will receive an emergency alarm tone and receive a voice call from the C3 Smart user in distress. If the C3 Smart user has GPS enabled, the dispatcher can also see their location. This allows the dispatcher to organize emergency efforts, call for backup, and keep an emergency situation under control.

REMOTE CONTROL

A Command and Control dispatcher can remotely access a user’s microphone or camera in emergency scenarios. This is an essential feature for users in critical, high-risk environments or high security situations.

TEXT & DATA EXCHANGE

The Text and Data Exchange feature is an integrated messaging and file transferring service allowing users to send and receive text messages and files in a group or as individuals.

RECEIVE LONE WORKER PROTECTION NOTIFICATIONS

The Command and Control application comes with an automatic emergency option called ‘Man Down.’ Man Down uses the accelerometer on a mobile device to detect a fall and sends a text message alert to the user’s emergency contact. The automated Man Down alert has proven to be an effective way to make the workplace a safer and healthier place for employees. The C3 Smart Lone Worker can be considered an emergency beacon in an employee’s pocket. Whether workers are working alone in a remote or dangerous location or they are just temporarily away from their team, the C3 Smart Lone Worker keeps users connected.

VOICE RECORDING & CALL HISTORY

The C3 Smart System has multi-channel voice recording and call history capabilities. This feature allows users to see missed calls and play messages that were left offline. C3 Smart technology keeps call records on the network for months of voice communication between all users. The C3 Smart’s clients have a History Interface in the Main Menu that allows them to see call details and replay voice messages. This feature is customizable within the T.Commander.

MAP TOOLS

Command and Control offers Map Tools to tailor your system to your specific requirements. Map Tools introduces many features like operational zones, group activity inside the zones, a team’s position in the building and other location-based tasks.

The Command and Control application has multiple screens and great GUI capabilities, allowing it to provide the operator with excellent visuals on mobile users. C3 Smart clients can enable their GPS data to send the operator up to date location information.

GUARD TOUR

Guard Tour is a special feature from C3 Smart. Guard Tour provides a Command and Control operator with route secure controlling when a C3 Smart user is moving between previously set points using the Map Tool feature.
